Search Script and Permalink Structure Conflict

    I’ve just installed the Advanced Contextual Search Script found at Web Log Tools with my own style sheet page template using WP 1.2.2. – Works great. Then I changed my mod rewrite rules using the %postname% tag and the search feature now gives me a messgae that it doesn’t find any posts . When I go back to the default permalink structure and clear the .htaccess file it works just fine again.

    Any ideas of how to use this script with the mod rewrite?
