   I have been designing WP since 2.1

   Initially, the search engine only showed the results for the posts.

   Now, it shows the results for pages as well.

   This would be all well and good EXCEPT that the search results display the Pages as having a category, when they I do NOT assign a category to them.

   HELP!

   How do I remove the filed under category listing for Pages in the search results, while leaving the category for the posts?
