Search result not showing actual post, its showing tweetcount

When I try to search anything in my blog, it shows search result as
tweetcount_url=’http://blog.tumbhi.com/lilmo/lauryn-girl-you-better-watch-out%e2%80%a6-269′;tweetcount_title=’
Instead, it should have to show the actual post as search result.
Please suggest what should we have to do to solve this problem?
