Search query results ordered by custom field value

Hello
how can I make a search result page where I can change the order of the results?
In my situation I would like to add some buttons on the top of the search results to change their order by the value of they custom field, so they can be ordered for example from the post with highest value in the custom field “price” or from the lowest value.
