Search Near By Locations

Hi, I am using Store Locator plugin & want to know if this is possible of not :- I want a text box on home page in which user will input address or zip code or whatever & hit submit button then it should go to store locator page & then on the map, the near by locations will be shown.

Is it possible? or any plugin available for this kind of functionality?
It will be ok if search would be there in Map page itself.
