Search in special custom_fields?

    I’m wondering if (or how) it is possible to get a search result only of sepcial customs fields in a custom post type.
    For example: I have a custom post type named organization. This CPT has a title (for sure ;-)) and a custom field named city.
    It is possible to set up the plugin to get a result from the title and the field city? If I search for microsoft and redmond I have to get a result because microsoft is in the title and redmond comes from city.
    Is this possible?
