   To the developer: Currently Search Everything plugin does not search custom post types. Is it possible to add this to the search as well?

   This custom post type search would be an excellent feature (and also the ability to search custom taxonomies for custom post types I guess)

   Yes, I agree. Now the plugin lacks of features mentioned above.
   It would be a great news to hear about a new version!
