You have multiple plugins/themes trying to load multiple copies of the Google Maps scripts. This is causing all sorts of odd things to happen in JavaScript as the Store Locator Plus JavaScript file is not loading fully.
You need to disable the other plugins/themes that are loading the maps or stop them from trying to load their copy of the Google Maps API on the Store Locations page.
If that does not resolve the issue we can re-visit the scripting problems.
@dndzimmerman – The issue you are having is with a JavaScript conflict caused by the Envato/Theme Forest theme you are using. Blanco has known issues with JavaScript processing.
Envato is aware of the issue but cannot provide me with a copy of the theme to help find a workaround. Their stance is that you, the person that purchased the theme, needs to contact the theme author and ask for a patch.
If you send a copy of the zip file for the Theme Forest Blanco theme I can try to figure out the conflict, but other than that I cannot provide a patch and am not willing to spend the $50 to fix someone else’s bugs.

@dndzimmerman – I have reproduced the issue your site is having on another site that I have temporary access to. There is a patch in SLP 3.7 csl.js that should resolve the issue.
I am pushing to finish testing SLP 3.7 and release it tomorrow.

I did the update, however, it is still doing the same thing. Any advice?
