Advanced Access Manager
[resolved] Search by custom taxonomy not working (2 posts)

    I created a custom post type with custom taxonomies so I could search through my custom posts and filter the results by taxonomies. Everything worked fine until I installed Advanced Access Manager.
    Now when I try to filter my search by taxonomies, it doesn't filter anything except when I am logged as superadmin. When I deactivated the plugin everything worked fine again.
    I even did a fresh install and as soon as I installed your plugin my problem came back.

    I finally resolved my problem after seeing this post :
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/too-much-sql-queries?replies=3

    I just put this in functions.php :

    if(!is_admin()) {
    	remove_action('set_current_user', 'aam_set_current_user');
    	remove_action('init', 'init_wpaccess');
    }

    So the plugin does not work if you are not in the admin. And since the plugin doesn't work, it cant break my search.
