Seamless Donations – Removing Items From The Donate Page

Hi.
I’m wanting to remove a couple of items out of the actual donations page.
1. I would like to designate this donation to a specific fund – I want this completely gone, as we have no funds that we want people to designate money too;
2. Add me to your mailing list – this needs to go, as we don’t, nor do we plan to in the near future, have a mailing list.
Your help would be invaluable.
