   I want my theme to look exactly like this > http://www.bartcampolo.com/blog/. Could someone point me in the right direction?

   well, i reccomend contacting the web master for that site, since thats not a released theme.

   that or you get to work writing your own implementation of it.

   Been searching for a while now and cant find anything that looks remotely similar. Any other suggestions?

   Not sure what more youre looking for..

   Thats the joy of writing a theme, starting with "something" and ending up with "something else".
