Script the calls that moving from HTML to Visual Editor

    I have a site where I import 500 HTML reports from MS Access into wordpress pages by PHP script, for over 500 users. Everything works great except that about 6 br are added between each table. editing the page switching between HTML and Visual edit and saving fixes this. I don’t want to have to do this for 500 pages every week so, need to know which function is fixing it and how to php call the change to each page and saving the result.

    Any help would be appreciated.
