   I have a free wordpress.org account, and I noticed that it doesn't allow users to install custom plugins.

   I really, really, really want to use this plugin:
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-scrippets/

   If I upgrade to pro can I install plugins? Is there anyway to get a plugin working without finding my own hosting? Can I pay wordpress.org for a onetime installation of a vital plugin?
