Screwed Up Sidebar…Please Help

I was trying to add a Technorati button to the sidebar. I didn’t like the positioning, so I deleted the code and replaced it a little lower. The next time I looked at my page, the headings on the sidebar (i.e. Pages, Archives) were gigantic. Please help. I’m not HTML savvy in the least.
