   After I updated to version 3.3 my screen options tab and help tab are completely blank. I am unable to change author, update SEO data, etc.

   How can I restore these so that I can edit post and page data? Is anyone else experiencing this?

   I have seen a fix mentioned that says use ctrl F5 but I've tried that to no avail. Please let me know if there is a solution.
