Scratches on polaroid graphics – removable?

    Hello, i´m from germany and i hope you understand my (bad) english.

    I hope you can help me! I enlarged the polaroids/thumbnails and i saw scratches on the polaroids images. I like it but for a client i need it without this graphic filter/scratches. Is it possible to remove the scratches/stripes?
