I have a site that has scraped my content, I thought this plugin would fix this. And it didn't, something I am missing here???

Hi,
You'll need to carefully monitor the rate at which your content is being scraped and adjust the settings of our rate limiting firewall accordingly.
You can also simply manually block the scrapers IP address by looking at your live traffic.
