Scheduled posts publishing early (3 posts)

Recently, posts in our scheduled queue have been going up before their scheduled time. Today, I've had about three different posts scheduled for the 14th go up on the published blog at the times they are scheduled for on the 14th (so, a post scheduled for 13:00 on Sept. 14th went up at 1:00 PM today). I checked the date and time in our Settings, and they are correct (Sept. 9th). This has been happening very frequently recently (at least one post a day goes up early), and is somewhat detrimental to our blog.

We have the following plug-ins active:
    Akismet
    All in One SEO Pack
    Feed Count
    fq4wp
    Google Analytics
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Quantcast Quantifier
    Role Manager
    Secure-Contact
    Twitter updater

    Thanks for any help.

On your Settings->General Page, there's an option to set the Date and Time formats. Below those boxes, it shows something like "Output: September 9, 2008" or similar. The times and dates that it shows there are always the current time/dates as far as the blog is concerned. Do those show the correct dates/times? If not, then your server time is set wrong.

If they do show the correct times, then your server time *was* set wrong at some point in the past and it has now been reset. That's the only way that those posts can publish by themselves, the time check showed that they were supposed to publish at some point.

If it's happening on a daily basis, then perhaps the server is having trouble when it's syncing it's clock to some other system somewhere.

Regardless, you can only do two things: 1. Get your host to fix it or 2. Switch hosts.

I did check the date and time in Settings, as stated, and they are correct. But it doesn't make sense why this would still be happening, even today, when I know for certain that the date and time are correct. If they've been "reset," shouldn't this have been fixed and not continuing to be an issue?

Aha, you added more...okay. Thanks for the suggestion.
