I'm getting some weird problem where my scheduled posts are not posting on time. I did some searching around and found that this was a legacy problem that was apparently solved in an earlier version.
However, I have upgraded to 3.1.2 and am seeing these problems right now. What measures should I take to ensure that I can fix it?

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

I am using Twenty Ten, but will get to trying to re-upload a fresh download of WordPress and resetting my plugins.
Plugins I'm presently using are:
-Akismet
-Wordbooker
-Fast Secure Contact Form
-OS FLV
Any of those four not good for schedules?
Akismet should be fine. Not so sure about the other 3.

I'll take a look at the others later tonight, see if any of them violate scheduling.
