Scheduled posts do not publish on time

    The posts that I schedule do not post when the time for posting is up. And they remain as scheduled posts long after the date they are scheduled to publish.
    I use wordpress 2.6.3.
    It used to work when I was using 2.6.0.
    I’m also hosted on Servage Hosting.
    Help?
