scheduled posting problem

I got this blog that I do “http://eve.techgamelabs.com” and here is the problem. I create this post. But in the publish section I schedule it in the future, let say 1 day after at 9am. Once that time comes, it wont publish it on my blog.

I check my time settings and it’s all ok. everything is good. the UTC gives the right time and the local time gives me the right time.

Once the given time has past, the post page says “publish X min ago” but its not there. Is there something I missed or did I not understand that schedule thing correctly ?
