Schedule an edit? (5 posts)

I know you can make a post and schedule it to publish later than immediately. But is there a way to make it so if you edit a post, the edit to the post will show up later, rather than immediately?

I am making a web serial story with accompanying encyclopedia/wiki, and as the story progresses, the encyclopedia articles are updated with more information to avoid possible spoilers for people who are reading with the story as it progresses.

I want to be able to edit a page and have the page not be modified until a specific date. Is this possible, or is there a plugin that exists for doing this?

As far as I know, there is not. You could file a feature request on the Trac

You may be using the wrong publishing tool...

A blog is a series of posts, so any "update" is just a new post.

Yes, you can have Pages also, but they are meant for info that rarely changes.
