After upgrading to WP3.5 after having already upgraded to Wordfence 3.5.1, manual Scan does not work, and Live Traffic & Blocked IPs show only the busy icon spinning around with unresponsive tabs.
I deactivated all plugins other than Wordfence, and it still did not work.
I'd like to know if there might be a fix in the works for this before I vote this as 'Not Working'.

Since posting the above, I read http://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-35-master-list
The info on 'PerishablePress "5G" blacklist' combined with the fact that I was using a modified version of the BulletProof Security .htaccess file in the /wp-admin directory, led me to remove all regular expressions for opening and closing brackets in that file.
That FIXED the problem with Wordfence.
