   Some jpeg images that I upload get black areas when I first scale then and then crop them.
   Example. I upload an image thats 1200 x 780px, I resize the pic to w 228px and push the save button. Then I get the new image but the width is 400px! But it seas that the image is 228px wide.
   And if I now try to crop it, it will get black "borders" outside the cropmarks.

   Waths wrong?
