Says multi-form, but deletes everything after first form

I’m supposed to have more than one form on my site, but after filling out all the data to go into a second form, I copy the code, stick it in the post, and it has NOTHING I had just added. So even if the autoresponder email did go out, it wouldn’t say ANYTHING I had just put into it.

Hunting for a totally different contact form plugin as we speak.
