Hi, I am new to WordPress. I am having problems saving pages that I create or edit. There used to be a button at the bottom of the page saying something like Save or Update Changes but that button is no longer there. How do I save my edits please? No techinical speak, I am really new to this! Also I am having problems putting my post as my first page on the site which it used to be??? Finally when something is saved as a draft, how can I save it so that it becomes permanent and shows up

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- increasing the memory available to PHP?
