Save "my stars" outside the plugin folder (4 posts)

Every time someone updates the plugin lost the "custom stars", because the folder is deleted in the process.

Might not even looking in, for example, "wp-content/wp-postrating" to read more stars or in the theme folder you are using.

To not lose in every update!

Has this been added to the plugin?

What's the best way to add my own custom stars to the ratings?

In v2, it will be using CSS and custom image, which I hope will make custom star ratings easier.

For custom star ratings right now, download the plugin, take a look at the images folder and the name of the image. You can create a new folder with any name you like and place the ratings with the exact naming convention and it will show up in the wp-admin
