save entries into another database

Hello everyone,

Thx for the great plugins first.
I’m trying to save the following fields (‘first_name’, ‘last_name’, from_email’) into another table called ‘newTable’.

what would the code be? and where should I put it?
I tried to look into the plugin files in plugins editor, but there were a lot to browse through.

any help would be appreciated.
