Sales Incomplete/Download Emails Not Sent

Hello!

I am using wp-ecommerce and having one final piece of trouble. When a purchase is made through PayPal Standard in a testing sandbox emails do not send with purchased product downloads.

All transaction are showing as ‘Incomplete Sale’. But the transaction is registering as complete within my PayPal sandbox. IPN is turned on both in PayPal and WP-ecommerce.

I have read many posts about this issue and followed them all to the letter. But nothing has yet to solve the problem. But I did find a post that suggested adding a piece of code to get a response summary via email. Thing is, I have no idea how to read it. 😉 I have hopes that there is information that will point me in the right direction.

Any and all help deciphering it and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
