Safari problem – space above first div

I’ve created a custom theme that’s displaying fine in Firefox and IE, but not in Safari. The first div is pushed down 8px which means that the background isn’t aligning with my header image. I’ve used “Inspect Element” to check the css. Nothing there. Any tips as to what the problem is would be appreciated.
