s1.wp.com slowing one, but not all sites

I was wondering if anyone was having issues with s1.wp.com slowing any sites. http://madomains.com is the site I have had issues with but not michaelalbany.com, zhounder.com or any other client sites. Just the one.

The only plugin that is on the madomains not on the others is “Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin” which is recommended by GoDaddy for a resellers site.

I disabled Jetpack and the issue stopped. With Jetpack active load times were in the area of 1-15 seconds but when I disabled it the site loads completely in 4-6 seconds. I had someone monitoring the server and they saw that the hang was coming from s1.wp.com and hence why I tried disabling Jetpack.

I have seen a few posts about this issue that are at least 6 moths old but none have the resolution listed. The posts are just marked Resolved.

Can anyone give some direction?
