   Hello,

   I've just installed a new instance of WordPress and everything seems fine except one issue.

   I defined my posts url as /%postname%/ and if the name is on Russian, I am observing an issue - clicking on the post name does not open the post itself, as if WordPress does not recognize the Url or something - it just stays on the front page.

   Categories on Russian do not work as well, but unlike posts result in 404 / Page Not found.

   Can someone please help me?

   Forgot to mention that I have IIS7 and if I use English for the Urls of the blog entry or category - it works just fine.
