Russian categories turn to question marks ??? ?? ???

    After upgrading to 2.8 I can’t create or view categories which have Russian characters in them. All posts show fine, and I have no problems with creating new posts in Russian. But categories and tags in Russian are not working.

    Something with the data base I guess. But what is it that affects only categories and tags, not posts?

    Interesting, I have the same problem with posts as well, how do I make my posts to appear right in Russian?
