• I just installed NextGen Gallery so that I could activate the Pro version.

When I try to go to the options or settings page, I get the following error:

    RuntimeException thrown

/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_album/nextgen_basic_album_gallery_display_type.php is not a valid MVC template

FWIW, this is activated on a single site of a network install. I would like to not network activate the plugin.

@NWTD – Would you be able to submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look at what might be going on.

    Thanks!

Is there a way to check the status of the bug report?

@NWTD – I would expect you should have received a response to your Bug Report … please feel free to follow-up there as it would be much easier than fragmenting this issue over two entirely different avenues of support.

Please let us know if you have not received a response, too.

    Thanks!

Thanks Cais. I did not receive a response to the bug report. So I used the support form in my Pro account. I did hear back a few hours later.

I’ll update this thread with a solution, for any one else still having the problem.
