Running WordPress and Classipress locally

Hi, i am new to this forum and its also my first time using WordPress.

I have installed PHP 5, MySQL 5 and Apache on a Windows XP computer. i have managed to set up WordPress and added the Classipress template.
However can someone please explain how do i view the user side of the website? i can get into the admin side of things and change settings.

any help/advice is much appreciated.
