Running loops in This plugin

This is an ace plugin, but I’m hitting a wall when trying to run loops within the Custom Post, I’m adding my code to the HTML tab when adding post. HTML works fine, but PHP?

Or does anybody know of a method where by I can create a widget that let’s me drag an drop PHP code running loops?
