Run static pages and blog simultaneously

I want to have several static pages with a Home static page showing at http://www.draft-masters.com/ and blog preferably at http://www.draft-masters.com/blog. Can this be done without installing two copies of WordPress? What is the preferred way of presenting static pages and blog posts?
