Run plugin before wp-cache

    I’m writing a plugin that redirects the user based on their user agent. I’m having trouble with getting it to work with wp-cache installed.

    Is there a way to make WordPress evaluate the plugin before checking the cache status or at least make the plugin always dynamic?
