   I want to create a site using WordPress.

   Within that site I want to have something like a tools directory, /tools/. The tools directly will contain numerous dynamic pages. What would be ideal is to run a dynamic microsite under /tools/ using either Ruby on Rails or even PHP/CakePHP.

   How do you something like this? Is it straight-forward?
