• I’ve been waiting for nearly a week now for an answer to a fairly simple support request. The initial response was useless as they hadn’t even read my request properly. Having given them a second chance I’m still waiting. I’ve paid for the pro version so there’s really no excuses for such a poor response.

    Anyone else having similar difficulties?
