RSVPMaker (Add additional guests)

    I am in need of help ASAP, I created an RSVP page through the plugin RSVPMaker, and whenever I go to add another guest the page doesn’t change, and no new field boxes appear to write in another guest. I need help fixing this, so please respond back, thank you!
