   Every time I try to add an RSS feed widget to my site - I click save and it goes blank. I have to hit the back button to get back to normal and see my site again.

   I'm not sure if it's related, but on the admin page there appears to be several rss feeds by default of the new install and these just sit and say "Loading.." all the time. These are the sections that say "Incoming Links" "plugins" "WordPress Development Blog" "Other WordPress News"

   I've tried just about everything I could think of and found by searching. Turned off all plugins, went to default theme - checked wp_config.php for blank lines...

   My actual RSS feed for my own site works fine - I just can't add other peoples RSS feeds to my site - anyone have a clue?

   bump - still working on this - tried multiple different atom and rss feeds and still can't get one to work

   This sucks - I picked this software b/c of how well it works with RSS - and now I can't get it to work at all - to much content to start over. :( No one has seen this before?

   Where is your site hosted? This isn't a problem with WordPress. It sounds more like a problem with your site being unable to contact the outside world. Have a word with your hosting provider.
