RSS syntax issue in wp-rss2.php

    I’m having an issue with wp-rss2.php. When I try to pull it up, I get the following:
    XML Parsing Error: syntax error
    Location: http://[server]/wordpress/wp-rss2.php
    Line Number 1, Column 40:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8http://[server]/wordpress/wp-admin/options-discussion.php"?>
    But if I open up the comments feed, it works fine. I haven’t edited the pages in any way from the default settings. Any ideas?
