RSS Plugins?

Hi there.

I am wanting to have a news feed area on my wordpress site, and I want it set up as an RSS feed so that whenever certain sites post updates, that it will show up on my site automatically, without me having to post anything. I know that there is a plugin called RSS Digest, and that may be what I am looking for, but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I should use to make that happen. Thanks!
