I'm curious if there is an RSS feed that can store the article and/or article summaries of each entry into posts. I'm hoping to have a web site that will chronicle RSS feeds from various places and keep them listed with their links, summary, etc.

All WordPress blogs have RSS feeds which provide this functionality:
