   My RSS Page is showing a test post and I cannot get rid of it. Is there a way to delete this? Even if I have to start over I don't mind, it only has 4 podcast posts

   Or make another post...

   Your rss feed gets rebuilt when you publish something new

   We deleted the post and it is still showing up. I haven't tried to make another post yet. If I do, maybe it will get rebuilt and the deleted test post wont show?

   Web browsers store such pages often in their cache memory and do not update them if you click on update/reload. Sometimes it is necessary to clear the cache memory before each reload to make the modification visible.
