    Hi All :-)

We have several WP sites all running with basically the same widgets and versions of WP... but we are having a heck of a time with the RSS feed on:
    http://plus-model-mag.com

It was working great up until sometime in Feb and then BOOM -- no go!

    I have tried:
    Disabling all plugins
    Deleting and re-adding the template
    Uploading the plugin:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fix-rss-feed/
    And nothing has worked...

I am getting the following messages:

    Via any browser:

“The feed could not be loaded because the content is not in a known feed format.”

    Via Feedburner:

The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Unknown feed format encountered (The root element is [Element: <html [Namespace: http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/>)

I am at a loss as none of the other sites are doing this... I have tried searching the forum and could not see to get an answer that could help me... any suggestions? (And I am not very tech savvy :-)

    Thanks and thrive...

    Valery

Your site has been hacked. Time to go read some security documentation.

I checked with the Host and it hasn't been hacked -- but I am at such a loss on how to fix this!

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know :-)

We thought we had things fixed -- only to find out that we HAVE been hacked -- and hacked again! I read the "what to do when you have been hacked" -- but this is all such a mess as I have no idea how this even came about... pretty upset right now and not sure what move to make next :-(

my question will probably make you cranky. Do you have a backup from before the hack you can restore to?
