rss not updating

I was trying to submit to technorati, and they made me post a post with a code in it so they could check, and it needed to show in my site and rss…

It failed, and said it didnt show in the rss, so I went over to google reader to check if I could see it in rss and it was not there…

Everyone of my other posts is there except that one…I waited and it has already been an hour and it still has not shown up…Any Idea why?
