    How do I make the links for my rss feeds open in a separate tab or window, and how do I fix the problem of the share this drop down box opening so that it is partly hidden inside the post frame?

    Hi,
    Can you please link me to your wordpress blog so that I can see the hyperlinks that you're talking about and debug the issue "the share this drop down box opening so that it is partly hidden inside the post frame" ?

    Hi,
    I'm no expert with code, but I do see something starting on line 272 that has the word share in it. Line 287 has an image for share too. Is that not what you are looking for?

    Hi,
    I went through the source code of your blog.
    Sharethis code(like below: http://sharethis.com/publishers/get-sharing-tools) is missing.

    <script type='text/javascript'>var switchTo5x=true;</script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://w.sharethis.com/button/buttons.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    stLight.options({
    publisher:'PUB KEY'
    });
    </script>

    <span class='st_sharethis' ></span>

    It seems you aren't using sharethis .
    Regards,

    I really don't have a clue what to do with that code. All I know is that I used the back office to choose the sharing options in the settings. I went to the settings menu sharing link and chose the services,button style and label, where the button will show, and whether it opens in a new window. There is a live preview that works, so I don't understand why I should be having to mess with the code.

    Hi,

    It seems you aren't using sharethis.
    Can you please provide the screenshot of settings page from where you're updating the settings so that I can check?

    OK, I see now that there is a separate plug-in called share this, but I have been using what came with WordPress in the settings for sharing. Now I am wondering who can tell me why this isn't working properly?

    HI,

    Are you seeing the "sharing" under setings as in the screenshot here?
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

    If yes, please note that ,it comes with wordpress.com and not with wordpress.org .
    Also, Plugins work with wordpress.org only and they are not permitted at WordPress.com for various security reasons.
