RSS import problem

    Probably I’ve missed it, so sorry in advance.

    RSS-import.php always imports in the default category. What should I do to import RSS feeds in other categories.

    The importer should handle categories (last time I checked), so make sure you’ve exported using the RSS format .92 or 2.0. RSS .91 and previous does not provide a <category> tag for an item (which the importer requires to properly assign them). It’s also possible for a feed tool to exclude this tag from the xml content.

    Thanks for reply, but
    actually I’d like to import rss feeds from other sites (not made myself). Is it possible to “make” import-rss.php to save different feeds to different categories?

    i.e. manually point in what category should rss feed be imported?
